Doug Hiegel

BIO

Doug graduated from Leipsic High School in 1987 and Bowling Green State University in 1992 and has been working in the insurance industry ever since. He accepted his first management position in 1995 at Farmers Insurance Group and later joined Huston Insurance, becoming a partner in 2006. He is also involved in an abundance of community organizations such as St. Michael Parish, Hancock Home Builders, Black Swamp Boy Scouts, United Way, Hancock Leadership, Black Swamp Classic, Gas Light Society and the Heartland Board of Realtors. Doug is also the recipient of the United Way Silver Award, Black Swamp Boy Scouts Silver Beaver Award and the Jeri Bjorling United Way Distinguished Volunteer of the Year Award, along with being nominated for the Chamber of Commerce’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Small Business Person of the Year Award. Doug and his wife Kelley are supporters of Liberty Benton Athletics and are proud parents of 2 daughters, Jenson and Allie. They enjoy spending time at the lake.

Paula Korecky

BIO

Paula and her husband Kyle have 4 children; Emily, Chloe, Lily and Kylie. They are parishioners of St. Michael Catholic Church in Findlay. Paula currently serves on the St. Michael Athletic Booster Board as secretary and is an active volunteer for the community.

Paula serves as a Licensed Customer Service Agent and her main responsibilities include preparing new business insurance proposals, current account maintenance and all general policy & billing questions. Paula is also a Notary Public and can be reached at 567-525-4530 ext. 222.
